The Problem

The number of new customers acquired every month were same at high marketing cost

Sponsored Products ads were not visible on important search terms and the brand was losing lot of potential customers. Organic rank and number of reviews on product were also low. But after their campaign was handled by EZ Commerce, they saw improvement in results from first month.

The Solution

EZ Commerce created different campaign structures and monitored customer search terms closely to increase Gross sales

Agreeing to work on a performance-based model, EZ Commerce and Mum & You worked together to increase brand store visitors, product detail page visitors, and number of reviews over a period of 3 months.

Product keywords were segregated in different buckets with different match types and bids. Various types of Sponsored Product campaign targeting’s were implemented. Separate campaign and Adgroups were created for each product. Visibility on high traffic keywords were monitored in real time. To identify potential category keywords & competitor keywords different tools were used.

The Goal

The Goal was to increase the number of new customers every month within same spends. The metric was chosen on the fact that it had direct implications on the Gross sales. The test also implemented monitoring the data.

In the first month, Mum & You began with adding more keywords in the campaign’s basis customer search term on Amazon and converting the Audience. They have also added Negative keywords in their campaigns to save unwanted clicks.

In the second – fourth month, Mum & You protected visibility on high traffic keywords and optimize bids to maintain CPC and Spends. They have also reached out to audience through different channels by highlighting product features and benefits.
